Australia scales down Navy contribution - War on Iraq

The pressure must be sustained on the government to continue scaling down Australia's commitment until ALL Australian troops are withdrawn.

What matters is the actual deployment of location of Australian forces. If they are deployed to the Gulf, then they are taking part in the war. But if they are withdrawn to Australia, then we are not participating.
